We are nearing the end of Q1.
Are you building the infrastructure you need to sustain business growth?
Are you building your community on a daily basis?
Are you owning your time?
If you answered NO to any of the above questions – it’s time to Turn Up The Heat In Your Business.
Here are 5 Ways To Turn Up The Heat In Your Business
1. Set Your Goal
If you are still flying by the seat of your pants, please land. Your pants aren’t going to hold you up much longer.
You need a plan. And a plan starts with definitive goals. If you don’t know how, or are struggling to set your goals – go back and read Goal Setting for Success in 2015. Once you are clear on WHAT you are working towards, or how you are going to measure your success – every decision you make will have that end goal in mind. It’s the only way to get there.
2. It’s Time To Focus
Put down all the hats you are trying to wear. They don’t fit, they clash and it’s cluttered.
Shake Your MoneymakerTM .Do the work that earns you money. Profit share with contractors to help with the work that needs to be done but is costing you time. Focus on the work that will get you to where you want to go (read above – your goal) and say NO to the work that is costing you time and money.
3. A Guide and Accountability
We all do. You, me, her… we all benefit from accountability. Someone who will call us out on procrastination and help us when we get stuck.
Find me an Olympic athlete, who wins gold, who coached themselves. There are very, very, very few. Find me a high achieving business owner without a board of directors, a mentor or a coach – there are virtually none. We all need someone to turn to, we all need someone to support and champion us, we all need a tribe behind us who has out back.
Your action will dictate your business results. If you don’t know have a guide or supporter who will ensure you get results – then let’s talk.
4. Solidify Your Infrastructure
I don’t need to tell you the fate of a poorly built building. It will crumble and either fall to the ground, or it will need huge infusions of cash to improve it and bring it up to code. Your business is no different.
Building an infrastructure of solid systems and processes will save you time in the long run. It will remove the need for you to be scrambling and putting out fires on a daily basis. It will move you to your Place of Power where you operate your business confidently, calmly and cohesively. Every facet of your business has a process – from product development to customer order fulfilment, from invoicing to payment processing everything has a repeatable and teachable sequence.
Building your infrastructure will make it easier to hire efficiently and start building your team so you can focus on
