It’s time to get off the Cash Flow Crazy Train.
Does this sound familiar?
Big revenue month. No revenue. Some revenue. Big revenue. Some revenue. No revenue.
Well, what if we could have some recurring revenue? One of your strongest secret weapons is to figure out how to bring in some recurring revenue each and every month so that you have some consistency and some stability to the finances in your business.
What are some ways you can create what I call an MRR, or Monthly Recurring Revenue, in your business so you can have some calm consistency in your revenue?
Then once we build a baseline – what if we focus on uplevelling that and increasing the amount of cash flow coming into your business?
Imagine setting a budget for reinvestment (can I afford that course?) or a budget for Outsourcing (only if you want to grow). Imagine paying yourself confidently knowing there will still be money left in your business account (YIPPEE YAHOOO! PROFIT!)?
So this week, our whole conversation and the whole thought is about creating monthly recurring revenue. So explore in your business what the options are and then talk to the people that are in your business and see which one is going to fit the best.
Leave a comment with your ideas for some MRRs in your business? Are you ready to step off the Cash Flow Crazy Train?
Thanks Shelagh!
I would say for my business, MRR’s would be to get clients to sign up for packages which would give them access to my services on a weekly basis (not on an ad hoc basis).
Yes Yes Yes!! Love it!
