If you’re finding that some people are not hiring you after connecting with you, or there’s a steady stream of traffic into your website and then out of your website and there’s no client conversion in the middle, then this video is for you because I’m going to help you be easier to hire.
Being easy to hire is one of your most valuable assets, particularly if you’re in a service-based business. When you provide a service for someone else, you want to make it so incredibly easy to work with them.
First, you need to be available
When you don’t have set office hours or set times when people can reach you, it becomes a gong show trying to connect with you to hire you.
Second, you need to manage people’s expectation along the sales process
Having a set process for you to deliver what it is that you do is incredibly advantageous. Within the sales process, when someone’s courting you and wants to hire you, manage every step of that communication of what they should expect.
Third, you need to stand firm on your price
As the buyer, I get to choose whether the price works for me or not. If it doesn’t work for me, that’s not your problem. Your job is then to go find other people who will buy at that price. If the price does work for me, then let me feel confident about how you’re making me feel and that you’re bringing a huge confidence to the table and you have my project in good hands and you’re going to take really great care of me.
I wish you much success and I’d love to invite you into the Road to Seven inner circle, which is on Facebook. This is a closed group where we talk about topics like this. We connect with each other, we support each other. I offer some valuable business growth tools only to that community, so come on in. There’s a spot around the table with your name on it. I’ll see you soon.
