People are capable, at any times of their lives, of doing what they dream of.

It’s time to your Big Vision into a Reality.
In my last blog post Reflect on 2015 Before Looking Ahead to 2015, we walked through a process to reflect before we began looking ahead.
It’s time to shift. Beginning the year with a vision allows your mind to develop a clear path on how to get there.
Without knowing where you are going, your plane may land right back where you started.
How to Turn Your Big Vision Into A Reality in 2016
Step 1. Imagine your business in December 2016.
Think of all that is possible for the year to come. Then think of all that is possible for the years to follow. Brainstorm the big ideas and the big vision.
Are you doing what I think you’re doing right now? Are you self-limiting while the ideas come? Are you allowing the #HowVortex to stand in the way, or is your Inner Critic known as your Gremlin standing in your way feeding you loads of crap about why you can’t possible achieve what you want?
We all do it.
We tell ourselves that the goal is too lofty or we don’t deserve it. We think of our ideas as not good enough. We erase them from the white board before they have even been uttered.
Great entrepreneurs take their ideas seriously. Lofty ideas too. They don’t dismiss them as unachievable. They create the path so they can be achieved and are unafraid to write those ideas down and give them strength.
Take Steve Jobs. You may aspire to be a visionary such as he in your own field. He did things with connectivity that were unimaginable at the time. But he imagined them. He did not discount his own ideas. He made them happen because he had vision.
I would like you to now look at the visions you wrote down. Consider the oppositions you put in place when deciding which ones to write down. Those oppositions are the key to transforming your business.
[bctt tweet=”Eliminate the obstacles, transform them into opportunities for truly visionary goals and set them into action. This will make you great.”]
Now think of the vision you want for your business.
Not the one you think you can achieve. The one you want. Write THAT one down.
Step 2. Break That Vision Into 90 Day Goals
Your vision is possible.
You have to want the results so badly you can taste it.
Each of your 90 day goals will have a dramatic impact on your business.
Why 90 day goals? Quarterly goals are long enough to reveal a powerful impact and short enough to help you stay focused. When you hit your goals in a short time – the motivation to continue in focus and intention increase exponentially.
What has to happen at the end of the 90 days for you to feel successful, and to get you closer to your big vision?
Step 3. Break Your Goals Into Power Moves
Think of the obstacles to success in reaching your vision and plan the Power Moves to get you through those.
Power Moves are the mountains you need to get out of the way to achieve your goals.
Write them down.
Step 4. Drive Your Power Moves with Actions
Now you have your moves planned, break them into manageable actions.
Assign a person (if it is not yourself) and write down a deadline. Deadlines are very important. If you have a deadline for yourself the procrastination cycle of getting ready to get ready stops.
Promise yourself to commit to each action and commit to each deadline.
Only schedule actions on days you know you can be successful in making it happen and be realistic in your deadlines. Set yourself up for success—always.
My last request, and this is a big one, is to always have a spot nearby to write down your visionary ideas. Entrepreneurs like yourself are visionary. Ideas flow all the time. Plant your great ideas in that spot for when you have time to give them some love and care. Review them every time you are planning your next cycle.
Never be surprised by how far you get when you transform those visions into action.
I have designed a Quarterly Planner that is designed to take you through this process from beginning to end. It walks you through and provides the framework to get you from Big Vision to action to accomplished goals.
The Power Moves Productivity Planner supports you to:
– Shift to using Power Moves to drive your actions.
– Shift to working with purpose and intention.
– Shift to achieving your goals and accelerating business growth.
-Turn your Big Vision into a reality this year.
When you combine this strategic planner with internal drive and dedication, watch out world.
